- Returns and refunds applicable only if the end-user receives the incorrect product / damaged or lost product during transit / defective products. The same should be brought to our notice immediately within 2 days when you receive the products on +91 83685 36983
- You either opt for a replacement of the product or full refund of the purchase amount.
- Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, and finish before placing your order.
- We are a company based out of India and no returns on any International orders are accepted.
- We shall replace the defective or incorrect product or refund the full purchase amount upon receiving the existing ones from you; Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Returned products need to be received by us within 7days. Failing which the product will no longer be applicable for return/replacement.
- No return or refund shall be processed for customized orders.
- We will process the refund in 2-7 days and will be credited in your account/wallet depending upon your bank policies. If opted for replacement, we will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive the initial item.
